That would give you an idea on when the bank foreclosed but you really should go down to the recorders office to see. Going to cost about $15 but then you know when you can apply again.
      I just looked it up online. I had the parcel number. Deed was recorded March 29, 2011, under the new buyers names.

          Well, at least you know the waiting period. I was told by my lender that you can start the loan process as long as the closing date is after the trustee/deed transfer...good luck!
