I'm curious to know which lender denied the loan and further, if it's a company, investor, or actual agency guideline. I can honestly in all my experience in the lending industry I have never had a loan turned down over a dispute on a credit report. Wait...I take that back. A borrower had disputed the mortgage payment and hadn't paid it in 6 months or more and that did kill the loan.
