Home loan?

What are the chances of a bank giving you a home loan 1 year out if you put
30000 down on a 115,000 house? There has to be some credit unions are smaller banks that want to loan money?

Never give up.....never surrender. Try it, someone might but likely they want two years and good credit from your BK

Your probably looking at "Hard Money" Lenders...unless you have a good reason. (Health related)
