Post Chapter 7 discharge - Home loan sold to new lender

Has anyone had their current home loan, that was discharged, sold off to a new loan servicer? I just received notice that my Chase loan was sold to IBM Lender Business Process Services effective October 1. My discharge was a year ago.

If yes, has anyone had issues with this? If no, is it legal?

    Thanks.

Clarification, the letter states that the "servicing of your home loan, that is, the right to collect payments from you, will be transferred..." and "This transfer of servicing of your loan does not affect any term or condition of your mortgage documents, other than terms directly related to the servicing of your loan." I found somewhere on line that possibly Chase still owns the loan (which was discharged), they are just transferring the servicing. I'll call and see what I find out tomorrow. Great...

Servicing rights change all the time and it is perfectly legal.
