Refinancing options???

We are in the midst of getting discharged from a Chapter 7. Our mortgage payment is a bit steep for us, but is current. Are there any programs out there that will let you modify your mortgage after discharge? I have seen some government programs that seem like we qualify for them but they do not stipulate if bankruptcy disqualifies you.

Are you under-water on your mortgage? We would love to refinance and get out of our interest only mortgage, but we are upside down, so we know no one would refi us.
