2 Years out 30yr Fixed 6%

We did it!

We used Edward Jones Mortgage.

We got 6% Fixed for 30 years.

We closed on Friday.

They did want 10% down but they allowed us to use equity in the home as the down payment.

06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go
