Anybody have any experience with this company? They are looking into refinancing my home. They said that it looks promising. I was discharged in August of 07. I have an ARM and am paying 12.75% interest...so I am ready to refi if possible.

You can refinance now but at a high interest rate.....
Your best rates 5-6% won't be available until you have been out of BK or 2-3 years.....
I don't believe your interest rate will change very much right now, so beware to doing a refi right now....... way too many hidden costs.Minny
