There are several new apartment complexes in my area that are WAY nicer than most of the other complexes, my problem is they are "limited income" so if you make more than thirty thousand dollars a year for two people you do not qualify. I thought I had it beat with my income from last year with a w-2, but they want a current check stub and multiply that to come up with the yearly income. Does anyone have any ideas on how to beat this system? I really would like to live at any one of these places, but I don't qualify for making too much money. Thanks in advance for any help you might have.

HELLOOOOOOOOOOO,
Can you all help me get a new "little ole lady rate" on my mortgage?
Course there would be nothing illegal about it!!!!
Yes, we would all like to live better at a lower rate if we can..... and yes the apartments for the low income - some are better than my home is.....
People who live in "low income housing" periodically are checked to see if their income goes up..... if it does, their payment goes up also......
Sorry, we can't help!!!!

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
