Trustee said he will sell my house

Over a year ago the Trustee said he was going to sell my house, so I stopped making payments. Can the trustee consider the payments I did not make after I filed, as part of my homestead exemption?

That's not the way it works. You are going to need that money to find new housing. The equity is the equity as far as I know they can't take away equity or decrease your exemption because you didn't pay your note.
