I assumed I'd find this searching my county's Registrar of Deeds, but I don't see anything. I've also noticed there are no other foreclosures listed. I'm coming across discharges, quit claims, mortgages, deeds, sheriff's deeds and seemingly everything else but foreclosures. Is there another word for it or am I in the wrong department?

Foreclosures are in the Official Court Records. Depending on the organization of your local courts, this could be held at the county level. In some States, it may be done in a "superior" court since the value is over the amount for a small claim court.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
