So I filed Chapter 7 back in 2011. Had a 1st and 2nd mortgage with Cit, but did not reaffirm. The 2nd was sold to another mortgage company and now it's reporting on my credit report. Can they report? I thought it wasn't allowed to report cause it was included in the BK.
