Where Can I Find a Mortgage Broker?

I am in my 3rd year of a Chapter 13. I am currently renting my home and the owner is looking to sell the home. He wants to offer it to me first, but to be honest ...it's 1 bedroom too small as I have a little one. I spoke to my attorney and she told me to find someone to finance me first and she will work to get the trustee to approve. I want to see if I can qualify for a FHA.
