it's been two years since my ch 7 discharge. I have a house that was included in my ch 7 and I don't want it anymore and haven't made any payments and I was wondering can i actually sell the house even if i haven't made any payments for two years or just wait it out and let it foreclose. i did not reaffirm the mortgage.

Until the lender forecloses the house belongs to you regardless of the payment status. If your Chapter 7 is closed/property abandoned (if it was a "no asset" case it should be closed) you are free to sell it assuming the sale price generates enough to pay off the lender in full. If not "in full" you will need the lender's approval for a short sale.
