CapOne Blank Check

I was approved for a CapOne blank check for auto loan. The interest rate is 4.5% for a 2014 or newer car. I was wondering what forum members thought of this interest rate was.
I was discharged in July 2014. My credit score is 689.

I just bought a car using capital one blank check. I was discharged in December 2012 and my credit score is mid to upper 600's. My approved rate was 3.19%. The dealer ran my credit to try to beat it and the only thing close was Chase at 4 something %. You can try to have the dealer beat the rate but I think your 4.5 is pretty good, if you have recent auto loans you have paid off successfully they may be able to find you a better rate.

I wonder if they would still approve you if they were included in my CH13 BK?...I was discharged this past Sept 2014 and will be looking to get a new car around July (I'm saving for a large down payment but want to finance the other half).
