Best place to refinance under $7500

I had purchased a car a year out of bankruptcy with santander at an extremely high interest rate (18%). I am trying to refinance this car but I only owe about $5000 on the car. I have been trying to refinance it for a few months and the issue I have is that no one will do it without a minimum loan of $7500, so I won't qualify. Anyone know of any banks that will refinance a lower loan amount? I really don't want to buy a new car or trade it in because it has been a fantastic car. It is a 2007.
