Can I still add my car after discharge

I filed for BK last March of 2010 and it got discharge in May of 2010. I asked the court that I want to reaffirm the car I was co-signed on because my x wife wanted to keep the car. The bank sent me a letter to sign, but I never signed the paper works. I never got anything back from them after that. What should I do? What would happen if my ex wife stops paying for it

If you didn't sign the reaffirmation, the car is discharged. If the payments are stopped, they will repo it but can't come after you for any deficiencies.
