Capital One Auto Blacklist and Household Income

I filed a joint BK with my wife, which included a $25K Capital One unsecured installment loan and a Toyota Financial auto loan. Both loans were in my name only and don't show up on my wife's credit reports.

My question is whether Capital One Auto will blacklist me? If so, my wife would have to use household income since she doesn't work. However, she has a better credit score of 690 vs my 660. The other question is whether Capital One Auto accepts household income vs. earned income?

Right after my discharge I applied for a Capital One CC, but got denied. Since then I've got pre-approved CC offers from them in the mail.

Capital One does not grant loans to self employed people from what I read on their website. I think the amount that you bk'ed with Cap One, and the fact that you bk'ed a car might keep them from approving you for a car loan.
You can't take a picture of this. It's already gone. ~~Nate, Six Feet Under
