Has anyone used this? They have a decent though not perfect (B-) rating with the BBB. Thanks in advance for any info.

Nobody? How about loanstore.com? Both of these offer Blank Check car loans that you supposedly can take to any dealer or a private seller. I looked into Capital One Blank Check but you have to use one of their dealers and there are too many restrictions (has to be 7 years old or less and less than 70,000 miles and honestly, I am looking for cars with more miles than that for my price range and none of the cars I have seen on Autotrader.com are in their network). -
