My car was included in my bankruptcy unknown to me. I've been paying on it to the bank still but when I asked why it hasn't been reported on my credit report they said its because I'm paying in good faith but since it was included in my BK they can't report anything on it. What happens if I just stop paying them and go get a new car with a lesser payment amount? The car was already included on the BK so technically I don't owe anything on it right?

since you did not reaffirm your loan (sounds like), you would be able to just turn the car over to them and not be liable for any remaining balance owed on the loan. Of course, if you want to keep the car; just keep making the payments.
If you're upside down, or if the payment is too much- you can just let it go.
