Funny Story Got my car back

Indicated i wanted to keep car on bk chap 7 filing. As BK progressed, i realized it made no sense to keep it. I was way underwater on a nissan armada.

So stopped paying a few months back. Citizens bank won the relief from stay. I surrendered car this week after trying to reaffirm with a cram down unsuccessfully.

Anyway, car was taken and i was actually relieved, goodbye huge payment.

I tell my story to family friend who owns a used car dealership and she asks me if i want it back.

Looks it up on auction site, and bid on it. We won

So i went from having a $712 payment and owing 24k on the vehicle for 3 more years to getting my own car back for 15k and having a 400+ payment for 3 years.

lol.. That's ok. It seemed fitting. After BK I'll still be broke but at least I won't have any bills!

I wish I could track my car at the auction it's being sold at. I'd follow it and try to buy it back. The only thing good about my car is that it never has had any problems. The engine and transmission still run perfect since I have used synthetic oil right when I bought the car brand new.

What a great idea, I will be surrendering my car to trustee in Jacksonville soon and was wondering how I could locate where my car will be auctioned?
