Woohoo! 10 months past bk7 and 8.9%

I was able to obtain a car loan today from wachovia at 8.9% for $14,000
Its a 2004 Honda Pilot with 44,000 miles and all the goodies i put 2,000 down....Score was 670-1 year ago it was 450!

We are trying desperately to get a loan for a car that will replace our current large car payment, and that will work for our family of 5, right after discharge though. They're offering us 21%, and they don't even know if we can get the total $8000 we would need for this car (with our $4K down). Wow have times changed for us. We may end up using a cosigner, just because we want out of our current car loan (and car) so badly.

I wonder what I could get if I were to put $8,000 to $12,000 down 10 months after a BK? Man, that would be SWEEEEEET to get that low APR!! WOW!
