Daughter's car died in Chptr 7

My daughter just filed for Chpt 7 in Fl and simultaneously her old car died. I will be financing a relatively inexpensive car for her with a minimal downpayment and need to put her on the loan as she needs to register it in her home state of Florida. I live in Mass.

Will we jointly be able to find a loan? Is there any way to get her on the title to register if she is not on the loan? I have clean credit.

You might have to wait until after she is discharged to get a loan with her name on it since she is in an active 7?

I am not sure how the stay would work in that situation.

It is an after filing date debt, so it may work, but lenders may be leary of lending to a debtor under the protection of the stay.

Why not simply fix the problem? Fixing is cheaper than buying a new car.
