I want more miles for less money Is it possiable with discharged chapt 7

Hello I have a discharged chap 7 thats 2 weeks old. I found a truck I want thats a 2003 gmc 3500 duramax diesal dually for $7590. I want to know if you can finace a vehicle over 100,000 miles on it. I don't have any repos or bad car loans. I want a deal and don't care about the rate. Or should I go newer less miles more money.

That would be a personal decision based on what you can afford. I would make sure that the vehicle is going to last the duration of the loan. You never can tell, but make sure it is going to be reliable so you are not stuck paying on a loan for a vehicle you can't drive.

Do you suggest any finance companies. The dealership that has the truck say's no bank will do it! This is his reply ("my name is David Petrony internet sales manager. I could help you but this is not the right truck for you. When a bankruptcy has been discharged banks that will finance you will not take trucks with high mileage. They want you to have a truck with no more than 50000 miles and it be no older than 5 years old")
Is he trying to get me for a better sale ????

Yes, he is trying to get you for a better sale. Better to pay cash or go somewhere else for the $$$. This is a typical trap by the finance manager.

Primetime I think the guy is right. Roadloans & Cap-1 will not finance a vehicle with high miles. Try a search for these two and you will see what I mean. At least that's what I thought.

Sounds like a nice truck! My Uncle has a newer 3/4 ton Chevy with a gasser big block (6.0) and plows snow with it. Man, that thing is unstoppable!

            Good Luck.

Most banks, credit unions, and finance companies have mile limits. I had a credit union that wouldn't go over 30,000 and I think capital one requires les than 75,000
