Discharge papers for car loan

I can't remember being issued discharge papers? We are going to apply for a new car loan and we were discharged 4/22 and closed on 4/23. Should I give my lawyer a call? Do most people get an "official" form from the courts?

You should have received a letter granting a discharge signed by the judge overseeing your case.
Call your lawyer and get a copy and keep it forever.
