- Are you behind on your car payments? If yes, how many payments?
- Do you intend to surrender the car in your bankruptcy?
- Did you file on th 17th or did you just go see a lawyer about filing on the 17th?
- Have you been notified that the car lender is starting repo efforts?
- Does the lender have a judgment against you?
