Have you tried applying with USAA for an auto loan online? They offer great rates and since you have their credit card already I'm sure they'll be willing to help you out. They do a blank check style loan where you get approved for up to a certain amount. Interest rate varies with vehicle age. They finance 100%. So you just take your check and go shopping.
