Has anyone on here been able to get a capone blank check after including capone in their bankruptcy? My car is on its last leg and I am in one of the 3 states that roadloans does not do business in.

We bk'd on three CapOne cards. We were discharged in Sept. 2006. In July of this year, we got a CapOne blank check to refinance our car. We had a Ford rate of 12.5% and got 8.25% from CapOne. -
I got approved for one several months ago. I didn't use it. I applied again later for a new car loan, got declined on that. I just applied again and got one, but I need more than they are offering to be able to refinance my new car, so I'm going to call them tomorrow! I figure if the dealer approved $25,000 I don't see why they would rather make money off the interest instead of the dealer, you know! I wish I could get a credit union to pick up the tab as their rates are much better than a "regular" bank.July 2006: Filed Ch13 :blink:
