can you return a car after purchasing it from a dealer? Brand new car? We just purchased it 2 days ago and we found a better car and better interest rate. thanks

A better deal is no legal reason to return or cancel a sale. If fraud was involved that is a different story.
Put this one the lessons learned file. I know my file on mistakes is getting full.

if you are not satifised with the purchase there is no reason why you cant return it BUT you definitely lose some money on it !

IF you return it dont mention a better deal, just say you cant afford it after all ! like something just happened you got slammed with a huge hospital bill etc.

I highly depends on your state. For example, in california, there is NO cooling off period, but in some states there is a 72 hour cooling off period and in some states there is a 24 hour. I will see what I can find.
