It isn't as important whether a particular lender is bk-friendly. It's much more important to know your own current financial situation and credit scores in order to predict whether a particular lender will say yes or no to a loan to YOU and what the terms might be.Originally posted by Donald Baker View Post

They turned me down 8 months post BK but we did not have a down payment like we did when we financed with Ford right after our BK. Personally I think the downpayment is the key more than anything when it come to dealing with the dealerships. Who knows if we had had a downpayment the size of the one we had with Ford then Chrysler may have approved us too.... But that is just my theory.
