    It isn't as important whether a particular lender is bk-friendly. It's much more important to know your own current financial situation and credit scores in order to predict whether a particular lender will say yes or no to a loan to YOU and what the terms might be.

    Right now given the auto companies are desperate to get rid of stock, any of them may be more lenient than they have been in the past.

    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
    06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made

      They turned me down 8 months post BK but we did not have a down payment like we did when we financed with Ford right after our BK. Personally I think the downpayment is the key more than anything when it come to dealing with the dealerships. Who knows if we had had a downpayment the size of the one we had with Ford then Chrysler may have approved us too.... But that is just my theory. If you are going with no downpayment then your best bet is probably CapOne Blank Check. Good luck!!
