2 Years after Chapter 7

It is exactly 25 months after my Chapter 7 BK was discharged.
With help of this forum and my wife, i have completed my life around.

Credit Score is 739
Just got Mortgage approved today, closing in about 10 days.
Got a job end of 2013 making almost 6 figures.

Here is my tips. Apply a credit card (secured or low credit limit). start using it, but don't ever use over 50% of your allowed limit.
Also my wife has good credit, and has several credit cards, and added me as second card holder on all her cards.
most important: PAY OFF your card every month.

I'm about 18 months out of BK7 and want to see about a mortgage refi when I hit 24 months. Seeing as you just did it, do you have any BK-specific advice regarding the mortgage process? Was it an issue?
