I’m a little late in writing this as our credit reports dropped the BK adverse notice a few months back. We had months of hectic preparation, then weeks of panic and worry (filing and 341) followed by years of a good life. Our downfall was due to our real estate investments and the mortgage collapse. Post BK we bought a house, after renting for a few ears, and even refinanced it to get a lower interest rate. All is back to normal. Credit rating is close to 800. It was a fresh start indeed.
