Hi, I filed for Chapter 13 a little over a year ago. I fell behind on my mortgage payments but my trustee payments are caught up. Is there a way I can remodify and put my back payments to my payments for the trustee? Of can I refile Chapter 13? I am trying to catch up but it will take me forever. Please Help!!!!!
