What is it that makes the plans not feasible? I am way under the median income. I have approx 169 a month in disposable income. I have about 29k in debt(7k is a student loan).....any thoughts ideas. I would like to hear some of the reasons trustee gave11-22-2010, 04:43 PM -
In the local rules it says......Special provisions will include the cramdown of automobiles or bifurcation of claims. Please note that although these plan proposals should be listed in the special provisions, it is still necessary for a debtor's counsel to initiate motions or adversary proceedings...11-22-2010, 04:40 PM
