Juniper - assigned? to Encore Rec. Mngmt on Jan 31st, waiting for something in the mail -last full payment May 08

2 BofA accts - assigned to North Star CA Jan 29th- they said they mailed me something Monday... very rude, threatening, told me BofA has identified us as being good candidates for a lawsuit - asked me "are you going to be difficult and do we need to tell BofA to file suit? or are you going to make payment arrangements?" - last full payment May 08

I don't know if this is normal or not, but it appears that all of our accounts are being assigned vs. being sold.
