He did offer 0% interest for 5 years, OR make 3 payments of $305 and will be considered current, OR a 50% settlement offer. Didn't push me for a payment right now, and we had a nice chat. He also let me know that our account would be 180 days delinquent at the end of Feb, so will charge off at the end of March. Our last full payment to them was July 08.
I wish I could do something with them. They actually have kept our interest rate at a semi-reasonable 15% APR (incl late fees).
