Not only is the foreclosure still open on the real estate that was sold and the sale recorded 12-23-09, but today (February 7, 2010) in the mail I got a nice letter from BofA wanting to let me know they have received my letter permitting them to speak with my buyer's attorney. Buyer retained that attorney late October & I sent letter of permission on November 11, 2009. I guess it finally made its way to the top of the incoming stack?
