...but I'm interested in keeping track of the dates of various occurrences in our BK case, as well as the associated dates of real estate activity.

Our goal is to complete our Chapter 7 BK case and also to be shed of two pieces of Ohio residential real estate.

Our attorney indicates that if the properties do foreclose for the purpose of title change, the foreclosure(s) will appear as public record, which makes sense, given that I can look up cases in the local civil court whether or not a bankruptcy is involved.

We had a couple of non-exempt non-real estate assets, too. I redeemed my sewing machines for half their declared value. The painting (inherited years ago from a great-aunt) I let go. Still not auctioned, though the trustee did have us take it over to his office. Case can't close until he does dispose of it and that plus the $$$ he has from my sewing machines and the little bit of "too much" cash we had on hand is distributed to our creditors.
