"Right now, 1.1 million unemployed Floridians statewide are struggling to make ends meet and find a job for their family’s financial security and well-being. Making matters worse, roughly 10% will see their unemployment compensation benefits completely expire this week — just before the holidays. With Florida’s unemployment rate not showing any signs of budging from a whopping 11.9% in months, Floridians are getting desperate to find work. That’s all it is — just work, right?"
