every time i come to this site i read a thread or post where people are being so harassed by collectors and credit agencies that they are besides themselves. while it's understandable that MOST people know there is something you can do, others do not. one person i shared words really thought the judge was going to take them either to jail or take away his belongings....i thought he was going to have to be taken to the hospital!
