I did a chapter 7 bk in 2005 and no reaffirm was signed. This year I did a deed in leui on my vacation home that at the time of bk was my primary place. 3 years ago i got married and we moved 4 hours away so that is why the 1st house is now a vacation house. Now i am worried I will get stuck with a 1099. Can they still do a 1099 if my place was already included in a bankrupty in the past ? Or am I just out of luck? I live in Michigan if anyone needs that. I am unable to ask my bk lawyer because a year after my case was done she stopped working and I can not find her. Please help or give me advise who I can ask to find out what to do. Thanks!!!
