The attys we hired did not have a lien removed that we knew nothing about until we got a letter in the mail months after our case was discharged!
Now years later we have a lien on our home and have hired and paid another atty to have it removed in bk court. He said it would take only 6-8 weeks.
However we hired him over a year ago. He still has yet to have it removed.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG IT GENERALLY TAKES?? SHOULD WE HIRE ANOTHER ATTY? PLEASE HELP!!!
