I am listing any assets I have for the attorney to start preparing my schedules for a BK 7. We went to Riviera Maya 4 years ago & bought into a vacation discount plan. You can use 60 weeks at a discounted price, this is not a time share, no deed of any sort. We have never used it because you still have to pay to get there and only get maybe 30-50% off your room rate, depending on the time of year you are going. You also get to deposit your weeks with RCI & you can use up to 2 deposits a year, although we have never used i either. There is no maintence fee involved with this discount plan. My question, is this considered an asset? Is this something that I need to list? My attorney asked me about 6 months ago, if it could be sold, where at this point, who wants to pay for it & then have to pay in addition to go there? I don't want to rock the boat over something thats probably worthless, but is this worth listing?
