I fired on attorney for not filing chapter 13 in over 3 months. We recently hired a new one. We voluntarily gave back 2 secured items(rv and atv's) and have a deficiency . Our foreclosure date is January 25 and we live in a non -recourse state with only one loan but 100k underwater. We had 2 offers...10-30-2010, 05:55 PM
