Courtroom Procedures
I filed a motion to modify my Plan payments and a creditor's attorney has objected and I filed a response to the objection. I'm representing myself in court. My question is: when I state my case, do I refute the points made in the objection right away, or am I supposed to wait until the creditor's attorney makes his argument, then respond specifically to his points?Tags: None
