I filed bk in Aug 25, 2008 and signed a reaffirmation agreement with Citi (2nd mortgage holder) on Nov 24, 2008 but never had a hearing and the court states there is no reaffirmation agreement filed with the court.
Indymac holds 1st position on my home and sent me a modification agreement...01-29-2009, 10:34 PM
