Reply to Chapter 7my eq scor is 632. i am 19 with 1 cc that is almost at limit. i have no other credit history. i applied for a 18000.00 auto loan my income is 1650 p/ month... does ANYBODY HAVE A CLUE AS TO IF I MIGHT HAVE A CHANCE TO GET APPROVED????? I AM SO SICK OF GETTING DENIED

Reply to Chapter 7I think they would object to that. From what I understan (WA) doesnt want you to have charged more than $600 in the past 3 months. Talk to an atty. They know best. Maybe they would have you wait until those charges are a few more months past.

I am considering filing chapter 7 the 1st of September due to recent activity. Does anyone know if Washington Mutual will likely to object due to recently opened account(3 months) with balance transfer of $27K. Also, does anyone know how often Navy Federal objects? Thanks....05-22-2008, 11:42 AM
