new to this forum. i live in georgia and would like to know if i file chapter 7 can i keep my car. owe 5600 and the car is worth 3,000. have no house and was looking at the post where 3500 is exempt from car and 5000 you can use if no home and 600 wildcard or do i have to give it up. 03 nissian maxiam
