What is a late date on BK 13 payments that the FHA people look at? I'm in 2 yrs paying for the 5 yrs. If payment is on the 25th of the month...when FHA looks at your payment history....is 5-10 days after that ok?...or 30days...ok Thanks LucyCat-
#1Trixie007 commentedEditing a commentI'm a little confused... wouldn't you be more worried about the trustee's reaction if you are late? I'm sorry I don't know anything about Ch 13's as I'm going & - I have no idea if there's a "grace" period in BK payments! Good luck to you.
