Congress just jumped on them for bad reporting w filers,,, if you search the net you wll come accross the new law or push for that. I read it somehwere don't rem where as I am reading everything re BK12-16-2008, 04:51 PM -
I filed ch7 BK in 2/2004. It was discharged in 6/2004. On my Experian report all of the dates under the creditors listed in the BK have "Debt included in CH 7 bk on 6/2004". This just happened within the last month. They've since added some incorrect charge offs between those dates. I thought...09-12-2008, 01:19 PM
