We have a travel trailer and are not reaffirming it. We have reaffirmed our cars. We sent a letter to the bank for our first mortage to reaffirm but have not heard ANYTHING. The second mortage holder has not contacted nor done anything. We planned to reaffirm with them, so to keep our house. We can afford the payments it was the CC debt that lead us to BK chapter 7. We had our 341 meeting yesterday.
Our attorney seems to just rush thru us like a subway sandwich gets made. She seems to think we have nothing to worry about. When will we be dicharged? Like I said the 341 was yesterday.
Is there a site I can go to see if any objections were filed? I've looked but can't find any.

My DH said dixcover sent him and email already saying teh account was closed, does that mean discharged?
